Servos work but both motors don't work. when transmitter and heli are on, the light on the speed controller is red, but I turned off the transmitter first by accident and the light flashed red and green. Is it the lipos or motors or the speed controller?

Despite new speed contoller, helicopter still grounded, wondered if Ian could bring his on Sunday and try to identify the fault, red light won't go off, could it be 3 sets of lipos are no good?

Have you tried moving the throttle trim on the transmitter? I think I had to have mine all the way back before the speedo would calibrate for some reason.
